Welcome to Will Rogers Elementary

Will Rogers Elementary was built in the late 1950’s and originally served as a grade 1-5 elementary school.  In 2000, it became our early childhood center serving children in Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten.  The existing building was renovated and a new classroom wing to include a gymnasium was added in 2016 as part of the May 2013 bond issue.  Will Rogers serves approximately 400 students.

Will Rogers is where students of our district begin their journey toward a meaningful, successful education. Our teachers and staff lay the foundation on which all of our students’ education will rest.  Each level has a list of requirements that must be met before students are allowed to advance to the next level.

When you walk into Will Rogers, you will notice the positive air about the building.  Teachers have attended team building activities, as well as Great Expectations training to learn those skills needed to exhibit and receive healthy positive actions to and from parents, students and co-workers.  We will continue to make Will Rogers a safe and secure learning environment for our students and staff.
